Veryon, a leading provider of software solutions for the aviation industry, has acquired Polaris Aero, an aviation software company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Polaris Aero has delivered innovative safety management solutions to aircraft operators and MROs worldwide.
